Lovely image. And this one works well since shells hold the Golden Ratio. Thanks for visiting my blog.
It just had that nice “Geometric” shape ;-)
Tip Top !
:-)
This is my favorite of your geometry posts, but all your photos are well done.
Thanks so much!! :-)
Great picture!
Thanks!!
Love this, Vlad; I’m always an admirer of Fibonacci in nature. The pattern in Hurricane Sandy satellite photos was hard to miss too.
It does seem to crop up over and over, doesn’t it? Thanks, Lynn! :-)
Put it on Etsy and sell it- it’s wonderful!!
I might just do that! Thanks!
Fantastic choice for this weeks theme Geometry. Beautiful photo. thank you for sharing :)
You are most welcome!
You have some really great geometry theme photos.
So glad you like them! :-)
Very pretty.

I really like this…like many of the other posters in this week’s challenge I opted for a straight line/angular take of geometry but while do some work int he garden this afternoon, it occurred to me that there is as much geometry in nature as there is in things man-made so I might do a Take 2 as well…
My thought too… :-)
This is just lovely
Thank you very much :-)
nice shot. would be good for a postcard.
Yes, I think it would…
Beautiful!
Thank you!!

Cool processing!! This guy was still alive, yes? Or recently alive – still has the covering – operculum I think it’s called? And that too has a tiny spiral. You really made this picture glow.
Actually, although I didn’t look closely, I assumed it was just an empty shell. Something about the way it was lying unnaturally all by itself on a broad, rather sterile sandy beach, where also the gulls would have made short work of it… Sorry to disappoint!
Wow this is really breathtaking!! :) My first time seeing a living creature like that, it’s beautiful!
Yes, I thought it was beautiful…
