  13. That’s not a reflection: It’s a big upside down duck stuck to the bottom of Johna’s boat looking at her.

  15. The duck appears to be a Spectacled Eider, an adult male in breeding colors (Dec-June). It’s a medium-sized sea duck that’s found in Alaska and other cold places way up north. Did you see this in the Central Park Zoo?
