P.S.: I think I don’t have to have that New Year’s resolution – luckily this year. Between February and June last year I lost [deliberatle and without a real effort, btw] 20 pounds, and have kept at 170 -m 175 since then, even with Christmas meals. Good luck with yours, though!
P.P.S.: It’s a long time since I heard/read that word, “Kummerspeck”. Makes me smile.
