This week’s Photo Challenge is Reflections.
Once again, Ailsa of Where’s my backpack? was ahead of the curve with this theme, and I already posted a couple of posts full of reflections, here and here, in response to her challenge back in May. Still, here are some more Reflections…
But the mirror doesn’t always reflect faithfully…

Beautiful reflections; I especially love the first and last ones. :-)
Thanks!!
waaaw…. gambarnya bagus-bagus..
I like all of them
Thank you… :-)
you’re welcome :)
Love that last one especially. :) With your love of the water, I’m not surprised that you have a few reflections up your sleeve. :D
I have lots… but I already used some of the best ones in the previous posts. Oh well…. Thanks, Sylvia!
These are some cool reflections. The last one is remarkable. A great challenge indeed.
The last one will turn out to be a favorite, I am beginning to suspect…
Oh Vlad, that last shot … so moody and still. :)
Shot from a kayak, of course… I had to sit very still so as not to disturb the water at all…
I can imagine! I was out in a glorious system of lakes and streams at dawn one morning and never managed to keep the little outrigger still enough to eliminate every ripple!
But if you create ripples that are just right, you can photograph the fun reflections in them—so it’s a win-win situation! ;-)
Yes! Well … nowadays, with our digital cameras when we don’t have to worry about keeping to our budgeted number of shots! Sometimes it was boringly restrictive, travelling on the smell of an oily rag when everything, even the number of photographs was budgeted. I always opted for the expense of the experience over the photographic record – a stance I’d still take today, if I had to, but for a blogger, the vast oceanic gaps in the record of my travels is very boring, and sad – not to mention the fun I missed out on, playing with my camera!
Yes, I remember those days very well…
Richard and I used to debate the merits of every proposed shot, writing each down in The Book, if it passed the ‘warranted’ test! Hard to imagine today, eh?
Today, on the other hand, the pain comes when wading through a hundred almost identical shots of the same thing, trying to find the single best one…
Oh yes – the process of elimination!
Beautiful reflections, Vlad.
Thanks, Gracie!
